Builders’ Page Submission Instructions

Paid members and participants in our challenge meetings have the option of publicizing their activity on the Builders’ Page of this site. If you are either a paid member or have been certified by the Sergeant at Arms as having participated in a challenge and you would like to be listed, send an email with your information to the editor at members@hbrobotics.org.

The submission should be sent as an email with the images included as individual attachments and the other information clearly labeled in the body of the email. Please do not create a document file. Please use a subject of “HBRC Robot Builders Page Entry” and follow these guidelines:

  1. All content must be family friendly and non-controversial (except for technical controversy). This specifically excludes any kind of adult content, politics or fundraising.
  2. Member entries are owned by the member. The editor will not screen or edit for grammar or relevance. The editor will perform a quick screen for prohibited content. Questionable content will forward it to the club president for review.
  3. Submissions are voluntary. If a member does not make a submission, no listing will be created on the member page. Complete privacy is the default.

    8. Club tradition encourages that short and long descriptions include the names for any robots shown in submitted images.

    1. The minimum image size is 500x500px. The maximum size is 1000x1500px.
