From HBRC WIki
I did 20+ years of non-linear finite element work, and was forced to live in the Fortran ghetto. I am now a bit of a JavaScript expert and really enjoy programming.
I worked with member Ingolf Sander on implementing Lowe's vision algorithm.
In the near future I will be trying out OpenCV on a BeagleBoard, thanks to HBRC member Nathan Monson's pioneering efforts. I started a HBRC wiki member page for the Beagle Board so others can get started with a minimum of pain.
These 2 papers represent what I think is a good first step towards building a walking robot.
